The Company addresses
these business concerns by providing and supporting proprietary
applications ranging from computer networks to data protection
and interactive communications systems through a network of Technology
Centers, Strategic Alliances, and Certified consultants. By establishing
Technology Centers at the clients' locations (business centers),
the Company provides on-site, rapid, quality, and customized services
to turn client's computer technology tyrants into business allies.
A key element of the Company's marketing program is the practice
of offering a low entry cost for its various applications and
a monthly management fee instead of a high entry price. Assessment,
coordination, and management of the client's applications are
made affordable due to the efficient organizational structure
of the Company. In order to guaranty maximum level of service,
clients' applications are managed from a central location, around
the clock, and without clients' intervention. The Company has
found that these two strategies suit clients' budget, promote
growth and business retention.
The Company is structured as a web of Regional Technology Centers
located across the nation. All centers are connected over a proprietary
information system called "Access Presto Technology", which is
designed for businesses to easily communicate, securely share
information, and receive top-quality support. Each center is independently
managed to strictly focus on fulfilling clients' needs, whereas
all administrative activities are centrally handled by the Company.
The Company's Specialty teams (marketing, research & engineering,
finance, and human resources) are subcontracted to regional centers
to provide flexibility, resources, and quality standards.
